DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We offer Worldwide Shipping and free delivery for all purchases made in the EU.

Orders that are placed before 17:00 will be shipped the same day.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can easily trace and follow your order whilst it is in transit.

If you for any reason haven’t received it please contact us via admin@naaais.com. 

RETURN

We offer 14 days return policy. Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:

1. Please contact us via info@naaais.com and include your order number and name.
2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
3. Send your order to the address below. Please note that the shipping costs will be on your account!

If you have paid by credit card or via PayPal, the money will be reimbursed to your credit card within 5 days after we receive your return. All other payment methods will be reimbursed within 2-3 days after having received the returned product. We are not obliged to provide a refund until we receive the returned products.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Most fire blankets are for single use. But at Naaais we have so much confidence in the quality and function of our fire blankets that we give a lifetime guarantee. Hopefully you never have to use the blanket, but if you do, you can send it to us after use. We will replace it free of charge, so you will always have a fire blanket at hand.

Are you eligible for the lifetime warranty? Register your fire blanket within two months via admin@naaais.com, stating the type, your address and where you purchased the fire blanket and keep the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase. Please note that this lifetime warranty is only valid for the original owner and is non-transferable.

However, we do expect you to use the fire blanket as explained in our user manual. If the product is not used as intended and as explained in the manual, it will not be replaced free of charge.
